In case of damaged items:
We guarantee that all our spoilers are free of defects and manufactured to the highest degree of quality. Should your spoiler damage in any way during transit, please advise us by email immediately the same day you receive the merchandise.
We will make arrangements with couriers and have them to inspect the damaged goods and return to us at no cost to you.
*Please ensure to notify us immediately of any damaged items and do not return the goods before contacting us.
*Please be informed that warranty will not be valid if product failure is due to misuse, abuse and improper installation. We therefore do not recommend self-installation and please seek assistance from professional installers or your local body shops.
In case of exchange / refund:
We accept exchange / refund for valid reasons within 7 days only if the spoilers are in brand new, unused and re-saleable conditions.
Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) or no exchange / refund will be accepted.
Merchandise must be returned within 10 days after a RAN is issued.
If the spoiler is considered to be in good conditions
after an inspection, we will exchange for you with another
spoiler that both parties agreed upon or we will refund
you the full amount less 15% re-stocking fee and shipping
cost.
How to ship the spoilers back to us?
To avoid shipping defects, please return the unused spoiler in the original container that we used to ship to you. If the spoiler is damaged when it arrives at our facility, the shipper is responsible for the damages. Therefore, we highly recommend you to fully insure the package
